Darrell Currie moots potential Rangers move for Ralph Hassenhuttl
Rangers job search has already hit overdrive on Thursday after the departure of Steven Gerrard to Aston Villa.
Numerous names have been thrown into the hat at Ibrox with Giovanni van Bronkhorst one of the strongest candidates.
Darrell Currie has mooted a potential switch for Southampton coach Ralph Hassenhuttl with his links to Ibrox laid bare.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Currie shared the previous relationship between Hassenhuttl and Ross Wilson.
“Lots of candidates mentioned for the Rangers job,” he wrote. “Gio van Bronckhorst a strong contender.
“I wouldn’t be at all surprised though if Ross Wilson looks to his old club Southampton and to Ralph Hasenhuttl, who he had a great working relationship with. Tough to get him though.”
Incredible.
That is exactly what the likes of Theo Walcott have labelled Hasenhuttl for his work at St Mary’s in recent years.
The Saints have cemented their spot in the English top-flight, and they have Wilson to thank for that.
The Sporting Director played a crucial role in bringing the Austrian to the South Coast from his time there, and he could be eyeing the same but in Glasgow this time around.
Given their great working relationship, it would be no surprise, but this one is surely out of our grasps financially.
Southampton would surely demand huge compensation and that is something the Bears simply can’t afford to do right now.
No one around Ibrox would shake their heads at this one, but looking at the bigger picture, it appears highly unlikely.
