Predicted Rangers starting XI v Brondby on Thursday
Rangers travel to Brondby on Thursday evening looking to establish their dominance in the Europa League.
After beating the Danes 2-0 at Ibrox in the reverse fixture, confidence will be high of replicating that performance.
Steven Gerrard has plenty of decisions to make, especially after that 6-1 domination of Motherwell on Sunday.
Alan McGregor will start in goal once again, with his experience always vital in these big European games.
James Tavernier will also be given the nod, with Nathan Patterson appearing to slip down the pecking order slightly in recent weeks.
Leon Balogun and Conor Goldson will continue their partnership in the heart of the defence and will be wanting a clean sheet in this competition yet again.
With Borna Barisic struggling with an injury in recent weeks, Calvin Bassey will carry on at left-back and look to cause problems bombing forward.
Steven Davis will be at the heart of midfield, with his calming influence really boosting the Bears in recent weeks.
Glen Kamara will also keep his spot, but there will be no room for Scott Arfield this time around in the starting XI.
Joe Aribo will instead move back into the middle of the park after dominating the Danes from that position in the reverse fixture – it gives him much more freedom.
Fashion Sakala smashed home his first career hat trick against Motherwell and simply can’t be dropped after that masterclass at Fir Park.
There will be two changes to finish off the side, though.
Alfredo Morelos will be dropped, with something quite not right with the Bufalo at this moment at Ibrox.
Coming in to replace the Colombian and Arfield will be Ianis Hagi and Kemar Roofe, who both started on the bench last time out and will be relatively fresh.
Here’s how we expect the Bears to line up against Brondby…
