Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack hints at return from injury
Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack has hinted at a long-awaited return from injury after posting a picture of his muddy boots on Instagram.
The Gers midfielder has been out since February when he last featured in the 4-1 win over Dundee United.
The 29-year-old is now inching closer to returning to full training and he has now hinted of a comeback on Instagram.

The dynamic midfielder was absent with a calf injury and it ruled him out of Scotland’s Euro 2020 campaign as well.
He has now shared a photo on Instagram, with the caption “nothing feels better this” along with background music from Khalid’s song – ‘Better’.

Massive boost
Last month Steven Gerrard revealed that Jack would return to training shortly, and it seems he has started working on his fitness already.
Rangers are choc-a-bloc with talented midfielders but getting Jack back would be a huge boost for them, especially at a time when they are struggling to replicate their heroic form of last year.
The Gers have looked a shadow of the team that won the SPFL league title at a canter last season, but they are doing just enough to pick up crucial points.
Rangers sit top of the league table with 19 points from 8 games, one point ahead of second-placed Hearts. They picked up a crucial 2-1 win against Hibernian just before the international break.
While Jack is unlikely to feature against Hearts even if he makes a return to training in the next few days, he is expected to play a big role this season with some important matches for the Gers coming up.
Rangers are also currently without Ryan Kent who picked up a hamstring injury during the Europa League clash with Lyon at Ibrox.
