Rangers set to have a full crowd at Ibrox against Malmo and the forseeable future
Rangers have confirmed on their website that they have been granted permission to have a full capacity crowd at Ibrox from now on.
The Gers confirmed that they had been in talks with the Safety Advisory Group of Glasgow City Council, and they have allowed Rangers to fill Ibrox finally.
This is huge news for the Gers, and it means that they will be backed next Tuesday against Malmo in their UEFA Champions League qualifier by a capacity crowd, which could be very significant for Steven Gerrard’s side.

Huge news for Rangers.
Nicola Sturgeon had hinted that both Rangers and Celtic wouldn’t be allowed to fill their respective stadiums even after all restrictions in Scotland had been lifted [the Daily Record].
However, Sky Sports reported that this was unlikely to be the case, and it appears as if Glasgow City Council have stepped in and allowed the Gers to fill Ibrox.
This will be fantastic for Rangers going forward, but it is even better for their game against Malmo.

The Gers grabbed a goal right at the end of the first leg against the Swedish side and will now have a full house backing them on Tuesday, making Rangers heavy favourites to go through, in our opinion.
We can’t wait to see you all back in Ibrox, and this is fantastic news for everyone connected with the Gers.
You have all been missed, and it is brilliant to see that Ibrox will finally be full again after many long months.
In other Rangers news, the Gers are close to sealing a new contract for one of their star players.
