‘Lennon in’, ‘Guard of honour’, ‘Legend’ – Many Rangers fans react to latest Celtic catastrophe

Rangers took another significant step to the Scottish Premiership title on Saturday afternoon, despite not kicking a ball.

Celtic welcomed St Mirren to Parkhead to complete one of their games-in-hand, although it didn’t exactly go how they expected.

St Mirren were ahead at the break, and they managed to hold that result until the final whistle, leaving with a 2-1 victory.

Rangers

Rangers’ 23 point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership is still in-tact.

As if this season couldn’t get any better for the Bears, they now only need 20 points from 12 games to lift number 55.

Celtic have dropped as many points in January as Rangers have all season, and the shift in dominance has been phenomenal and all credit must go the squad and Steven Gerrard.

To show just how dominant Rangers have been, there is a bigger gap between the top two now than between Celtic and St Johnstone in eight.

It is only a matter of time before the Gers lift the title, but it has been made clear that there will be even more comedic Celtic performances between now and the end of the season.

Rangers

Many Rangers fans have reacted to the latest on-field catastrophe at Celtic, and we have to say we are loving the meltdown at the other end of Glasgow.

The majority of Bears have labelled Neil Lennon a Rangers legend, and that they would love to see him remain in charge past this season.
