Premier League club hold ‘informal conversations’ over interest in key Rangers ace – report

Brighton have held “informal conversations” with Rangers over the availability of midfielder Glen Kamara, according to Rincon Escoces.

The Spanish speaking Scottish football outlet is popular among Bears fans, and with nearly 3,000 followers they have claimed that the Premier League side are interested in the Finnish international.

Rangers remain unbeaten in all competitions this season, and Kamara has been pivotal to that success at Ibrox.

Rincon Escoces claim that his form isn’t going unnoticed, and a number of Premier League clubs continue to remain interested.

Some Rangers fans have responded to the news, with one even claiming that they would only sell Kamara for £50million.

A number of European clubs alongside Sheffield United, Crystal Palace, Everton, Newcastle and Southampton from the Premier League were credited with an interested by 90min back in August.

Brighton appear to have joined the race, as Kamara continues to prove popular down south in the Premier League.

Kamara arrived at Ibrox for only £50,000 and has more than proved to be a massive bargain for the Gers.

The 25-year-old has been perfect pivot between defence and midfield, completing over 90% of his passes this season according to WyScout.

Steven Gerrard will not want to lose any of his players, especially in January with his side on a phenomenal run in every competition.

Why would Kamara want to leave right now? Rangers have the possibility of winning every competition they are in and he is the main man behind that.

Hopefully, these informal conversations are to tell Brighton that Kamara isn’t for sale.
