Speaking on Hotline Live on 26 August, Burns said, "I was speaking about Kelsy there. Obviously, Rangers are in for him. Sources stateside are saying that the deal is done.
"Rangers have pulled back a wee bit, saying it's not quite as advanced as that. I think all sides are confident that that's the striker Rangers are bringing in. And in the coming days it'll probably happen."

Kim Min-su looks set to join Rangers and McInnes has recently admitted that one or two others could follow.
Kelsy could be the second addition at the Gers before the 3 September deadline.
