Rangers agree Kevin Kelsy transfer as financial figures revealed
Rangers have agreed a fee to sign Portland Timbers striker Kevin Kelsy.
Derek McInnes has made it no secret that he wanted another striker at Ibrox before the 3 September deadline in Scotland.
That's after Youssef Chermiti was struck with a devastating ACL injury that is likely to end his season already.
Lawrence Shankland has already signed, with Ryan Naderi and Bojan Miovski also available in the final third.
With McInnes not settling on a preferred formation or even starting side, it's hard to see where Kelsy fits in.
A visa is still needed before Kelsy can travel to Glasgow to complete all the formalities of his transfer.

According to Tom Bogert, Rangers will pay an initial £9.5million fee, with add-ons and a sell-on clause also included.
Having only joined Portland in the latest winger for under half that fee, it represents a great profit for the MLS side.
Delivering 13 goal involvements in just over 1300 minutes in the MLS was a great record, and he'll be bringing that to Ibrox with him.
With Jablonec next up on Thursday in the Conference League and a trip to Aberdeen on Sunday, the Venezuelan star is unlikely to feature in either.
Who else could Rangers sign?
The signing of Kelsy is set to kickstart a very busy eight days in Glasgow.
Kim Min-su will be next through the door at Ibrox, though, with the South Korean star joining from Girona.
Rangers will pay £8.5m for Min-su, so the signing of Kelsy on top of that for even more money, is a huge outlay.
On top of that, Amario Cozier-Duberry is also wanted from Brighton, but he would potentially cost even more than those two alone.
While McInnes and the Gers' board are desperate for success, there comes a time when players need to be sold on top of this to fund their transfers.
Nicolas Raskin could still leave, but it's brilliant to see Rangers so confidently spending in the market.
