The Czechia attacker is attracting interest from the Light Blues and the Super Lig club are prepared to listen to offers.
According to Sanayi Gazetesi on 30 August, the Istanbul side have identified Benfica winger Dodi Lukebakio as a replacement for Cerny.
If Besiktas were to cash in on the ex-Wolfsburg ace, they would reinvest that money into the 28-year-old Belgium international.
Lukebakio has been a long-term target for the Turkish team and they could return to the negotiating table after Cerny's sale.
