Rangers have been looking to sign Kevin Kelsy, who is awaiting a visa to formalise his move.
But Joseph may now be Rangers' man this transfer window, with the Haitian international so close to being a historic figure for his nation.

How much could Rangers sign Lenny Joseph for?
Joseph was almost a Haitian hero at the 2026 World Cup.
He had thought he scored his nation's first World Cup goal in 52 years since Emmanuel Sanon when Haiti went 1-0 up against Morocco.
But his finish was not to be, with the goal ruled as a Yassine Bounou own goal instead. There is still a debate as to who should be credited with the historic goal.
Now, according to Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna via X on Saturday evening, Rangers are tracking Joseph this summer window.
Ferencvaros value the striker at £5.1million, with Rangers said to be "keen" on signing him.
However, the Hungarian side do not wish to sell the 25-year-old, who scored seven goals in the league last season.
What would Joseph bring to Rangers?
Joseph, standing at six feet, is not the tall physical forward that Kelsy is at six-foot-four.
However, he is both capable of scoring and setting up his teammates.
While he did only have seven league goals, Joseph scored 16 but assisted 10 as well.
He is certainly a lot more than your typical goalscoring centre-forward, and perhaps that is why he appeals to McInnes.
It will be interesting to see if there is movement on this possible deal, or if he is a backup option should the deal for Kelsy face any trouble.
