With the 3 September deadline fast approaching, the Northern Ireland international has a decision to make over his future.

The 23-year-old doesn't seem to have a future at the Gers under Derek McInnes and could be about to play alongside a former Celtic player.

McCausland is attracting interest from multiple clubs as he assesses his situation at Ibrox.

The winger spent last season on loan at Aris Limassol, but he wasn't keen on a permanent move to the Cypriot club.

Having turned down a move to some English clubs, the forward is now in demand in Turkiye.

According to the Daily Record on 28 August, the club from Bursa, playing in the second division of Turkish football, are keen on the Gers' attacker and are currently in pole position to sign him.

Buraspor, who signed former Celtic striker Kelechi Iheanacho this summer, have already made contact with McCausland's entourage.

Esenler Erokspor and Fatih Karagumruk have also made enquiries about the finances required to get a deal over the line for the Northern Ireland international.

Buraspor, the one-time Super Lig champions, are a fallen giant looking to get back into the top flight.

In recent years, the Turkish club have been relegated to the fourth tier but are now looking to rebuild their reputation.

Rangers have completed the signing of Kim Min-su from Girona for £8.5million.

Considering the amount of money the Gers have spent on the South Korean youngster, he will surely be starting on the left-wing.
