Rangers look likely to let Bojan Miovski leave before the end of the window.

That's because the Bears are closing in on the addition of Portland Timbers star Kevin Kelsy.

A deal for the Venezuelan is worth around £9.5million, with the striker set for a medical ahead of Thursday's deadline.

Derek McInnes was always keen for another centre-forward after Youssef Chermiti's ACL nightmare, and looks sure to get his wish soon.

Miovski would be pushed further down the pecking order with Kelsy's arrival, but will Rangers sell him or loan him out?

What Rangers are prepared to do with Bojan Miovski

It has already been suggested that Miovski will leave if Rangers sign Kelsy, but it's been unclear on what terms.

Rangers paid a package deal of just over £4m for the North Macedonian when signing him from Aberdeen last summer, but the move hasn't really worked out.

According to an update from the Daily Record, Miovski could go out on-loan if a deal for Kelsy is completed with no last-minute hitches.

Though Rangers are open to letting the forward leave, they have issued a strong stance on another.

Rangers issue firm stance on Djeidi Gassama

Danny Rohl's RB Salzburg have been linked with a move for Djeidi Gassama, and it would be the third club that the pair could work together at.

However, Ibrox sources, via the same report as above, insist that the Gers do not want to sell the winger ahead of the deadline.

This comes despite the arrival of Kim Min-su, Diasuke Yokota and potential signing of Amario Cozier-Duberry.

Gassama is valued at around £8.5m, with Monaco also keen, but it looks like Rangers will keep him until at least the winter window.
