The Light Blues have indeed sent a proposal to bring the Czechia attacker back to Ibrox from the Istanbul side.
According to journalist and football commentator Ertem Sener, who is followed by reliable Turkish reporter Yagiz Sabuncuoglu on X, clubs from America and Saudi Arabia have also made offers for Cerny.
Despite bids from the Glaswegian outfit, MLS and West Asia, the forward has decided to stay at Besiktas.
The winger is happy in Turkiye and Vincenzo Italiano is pleased with him.
