Vaclav Cerny's potential return to Rangers may be back on.
The 28-year-old winger ripped up Scottish football on loan with the Gers two years ago, notching 18 goals and nine assists in 52 matches.
Going to Besiktas after, it had appeared that the Ibrox faithful were set to be disappointed over a return, as he looked set to stay.

It stated that both players will most likely not be with the Turkish club for the new season.
That offers encouragement from the Gers, if they wish to bring the Czechia star back to Govan.
The fanbase is reeling after losing Mikey Moore after his loan spell from Tottenham expired, and it would be the perfect tonic.
It would be a boost for Derek McInnes, as it would give his side another edge in attack, with a player that has already proven he can handle the Scottish League.
While, the latest update is promising, there is likely still a long way to go to sort a transfer, and it will be a nervous waiting game for the G51 side.
