The newspaper reported via its website on 4 July that the Ibrox outfit will sanction the exit of the 26-year-old.

Al-Qadsiah have signed James Bisgrove who appears to be eyeing a reunion with the Englishman in the Middle East.

This approach would not only allow Rangers to recoup a substantial fee for the player but also potentially strengthen their financial position for future transfer activities.

Selling the attacking midfielder makes sense as he's not lived up to expectations at Ibrox and if there is genuine interest, he should be allowed to let go.

Hopefully, the club can use the money received from his sale to strengthen the first team.
