How much must Rangers pay for Lenny Joseph?

Rangers' interest in Joseph first emerged last week, though it was reported at the time that Ferencvaros did not wish to sell.

While that may still be true, money speaks and the Haiti international is certainly gettable.

As per Haiti Sport Universel via X on Monday, Rangers, Gent and Feyenoord are each still interested in Joseph.

Ferencvaros are seeking at least £5.14m for his signature should he depart ahead of the deadline.

What qualities would Joseph bring to Rangers' attack?

Given he is available for half the price, you would expect a player of lesser quality.

But he has 26 goals in 70 career appearances for Ferencvaros, who are set to compete in the Europa League this campaign.

Asked to describe his strengths, Joseph did not hesitate in picking out his speed as his top quality.

Joseph is also known for his dribbling ability, which could come in handy for McInnes, while ex-teammate Bamidele Yusuf hailed him as "very skilful".

It is that pace that could come in particularly handy, though, and at around £5m, he could just be worth a gamble worth taking.
