Rangers sensation Hamza Igamane clearly has a bright future ahead of him, and a number of clubs believe he can develop into a top-class striker.

Igamane only moved to Ibrox a year ago, but is already set to leave given the sheer volume of interest in him, despite never establishing himself as a key starter.

While Rangers look set to invest this summer, no player is considered untouchable should bids come in, and several clubs have now made offers for the attacker.

Igamane's departure from Rangers seems inevitable, but the club will benefit as they appear set to make a significant profit.

Second Ligue 1 club makes Igamane offer

It has been reported that Ligue 1 club Lille have made an offer to Igamane, as they are set to lose star striker Jonathan David on a free transfer.

Talks are open between Rangers and Lille to agree on a final fee for the 22-year-old, having reached personal terms in breakthrough talks this week, but there has now been another twist in the race.

Journalist Santi Aouna has now reported via X (25 June) that an unnamed Ligue 1 side have also tabled an offer for Igamane, in addition to Lille's proposal.

The Moroccan appears to be heading to France this summer, but while it is unclear which club he will end up at, this is good news for Rangers.

Rangers can spark bidding war for Igamane

With several clubs keen on Igamane, Rangers are well placed to maximise the profits from his sale if a bidding war ensues.

They will hope that Igamane speaks to both Ligue 1 sides before agreeing terms with Lille, and that the two clubs will fight for his signature.

Rangers signed Igamane for just £1.7million last summer, but are set to make a huge profit now as teams circulate around the attacker, who scored 16 times in 46 appearances last summer.

Russell Martin is in desperate need of attackers to replace him, but Igamane's sale will ultimately benefit the club, and he will be considered a successful transfer if they make a huge profit.
