It's said that Fenerbahce, Ajax and Lyon are all interested, along with the Bears, after the forward's impressive season last term.
Girona, a club that is part of City Group, could look to sell the South Korean this summer, as his contract only runs for another 12 months.
Kim registered 10 goal involvements for Andorra last season, despite only starting 27 times.
He is primarily a left-winger, but also has the ability to play as a striker and on the opposite flank.
It's clear to see why Barcelona and Spanish footballing legend Gerard Pique was so keen to sign him.

Pique has since become a successful businessman since retiring from football in 220, and even now owns FC Andorra.
The Chosun highlighted in an article published last September how Kim's move to the Spanish second division side came to fruition.
It's said that several English and German clubs were interested in the youngster last summer, but he chose to join Andorra, as Pique was understood to be actively involved in the transfer.
He was nominated for August Player of the Month in La Liga 2, and went on to have a successful season.
