Jens Hjerto-Dahl's whereabouts revealed as Rangers succession plan comes clear
Jens Hjerto-Dahl has been perhaps the most closely followed name by Rangers fans this summer.
Speculation has only increased after his recent goal-scoring form, which has seen more clubs enter the frame for his signature.
The Gers tried to sign the 20-year-old back in January, and were knocked back in their approach this summer
It was reported that the Bears saw a £5.3million bid rejected, and though several midfielders have since arrived in Govan, the Norwegian is still wanted.
Tromso have remained firm on their value, with English Championship side Cardiff City keen on his services after a recent £7.8m bid.
However, with Hjerto-Dahl still contracted to the Norwegian outfit, he's still got a job to do amid interest from Rangers.

The case of Hjerto-Dahl has been constantly twisting and changing all summer, but it all started after he publicly admitted that a move to Ibrox felt "tempting".
Since then, the Gers have tried to sign him, but after failing in their initial attempts, other sides, including Cardiff City are trying to get the midfielder.
Ibrox News understands that Danny Rohl wants to hijack a move for Hjerto-Dahl at RB Salzburg, as he could potentially cause uproar in Govan.
However, Gers fans can breathe because it doesn't seem like the player is advancing in an exit to any other club.
The Daily Record have reported this Tuesday that Hjerto-Dahl has travelled to the Czech Republic for Tromso's second leg of their Europa Conference League qualifying clash against Hradec Kralove, with his side currently trailing 1-0 in the tie.
So it seems the Norway U21s star isn't close to joining anyone yet, which gives Rangers time to possibly raise further funds to meet Tromso's firm value of £8.5m.

The Daily Record have mooted Hjerto-Dahl to be the successor, should Raskin leave Rangers this summer.
Derek McInnes will have seen his Belgium international shine at the World Cup, as he's now a priority for Manuel Pellegrini at Real Betis, who are preparing to make an offer.
If Rangers were to sell Raskin, they would surely then have the funds to sign off on Hjerto-Dahl, if finances are the current roadblock.
Tromso have sent a counteroffer to Cardiff after the Bluebirds' recent £7.8m offer, so McInnes may be hoping that Raskin's sale goes through sooner rather than later.
