Rangers and Besiktas continue to be in dialogue as a move for Nico Raskin edges ever closer.
There is still time remaining in the transfer window for the Gers to conduct business.
They have already brought in a sizeable number of fresh faces and only look set to add to that with Kevin Kelsy.
The dealings may not be done there as the exit door could remain open in Govan up until the 3 September deadline.
Besiktas have now agreed a deal for Raskin, leaving many to question what that means in relation to a Vaclav Cerny return in G51.

Could Vaclav Cerny now return to Rangers?
There has been a hope that the Czechia international could come back to Ibrox after his loan spell in 2024/25.
He scored 18 and assisted nine across all competitions as he became a true attacking force for the Light Blues.
That is exactly why he is wanted back in G51, but will it happen?
Many suggested that would be the case with Raskin looking set to be on his way to Besiktas.
Unfortunately, that currently looks unlikely as Turkish reporter Onur Tascioglu reported on Wednesday that a swap deal isn't on the agenda.
The Super Lig giants are in advanced talks to sign the Belgium international after an initial agreement.
That won't currently involve a move for the 28-year-old to go in the other direction.
What deal have Rangers arranged with Besiktas for Raskin?
This is an exit that has always seemed to be on the cards throughout the summer.
The 25-year-old has been of interest to various parties across Europe without a deal going through.
It now looks as if Raskin will move on as the Scottish transfer deadline approaches on Wednesday.
Besiktas look to be very close to signing the midfielder, possibly on loan first, but that doesn't look likely to mean Cerny is coming the other way.
