Rangers know exactly how they can get a deal done for Vaclav Cerny with Besiktas.

The 28-year-old remains a target for the Light Blues over a year after his prior loan spell came to an end.

They would then be unlikely to recoup any of that in the future due to him turning 29 in mid-October.

Mohamed Salah could help Rangers sign Cerny

It appears that finances may prove to be a stumbling block in a move for the Czech attacker.
