Ewen Cameron is not taking the news of Cammy Devlin's move to Rangers well.

Rangers are showing they mean business in the summer transfer market so far.

No less than six new faces have arrived at Ibrox already in this window, all of whom look set to be big impact-makers for Derek McInnes next season.

The latest of those new signings is Devlin, who has penned a two-year contract with Rangers after it was announced he'd passed a club-imposed deadline to ink a new deal.

Devlin, 28, joined Hearts in the summer of 2021 and went on to make over 170 appearances for the Jambos, with two of his eight goals for them coming last season.

He's now the second star player Rangers have poached from Tynecastle this summer, and Cameron is less than impressed with Rangers as a result.

Ewen Cameron's Rangers gesture after Cammy Devlin deal

Seeing first Lawrence Shankland and now Devlin leave Hearts for Rangers, both on free transfers no less, must sting for Jambos supporters.

Of course, Gers fans won't care one bit, as the McInnes era begins with a ruthless transfer strategy of the Bears going back to their dominant transfer roots of poaching their Scottish rivals' best players.

However, popular radio DJ and television presenter - as well as huge Hearts fan - Cameron has had quite enough of this.

Posting to his X account on Saturday morning, the STV Radio Football Show host shared two images of him in the recording studio.

The first of which was of him flipping his middle finger, with the second being an empty chair with his headphones on the desk and his microphone.

Cameron accompanied these images with the caption, "Dear Rangers fans...", making it quite clear that he's pretty fed up with Gers fans naturally rubbing salt into some evidently painful wounds.

Devlin will be hoping he fares far better for Rangers than he's done when he's played against them in his career, however.

Cammy Devlin to Rangers: Why ex-Heart star's move to Ibrox is a 'real coup'

What is Devlin's record against Rangers?

Certain players either love or hate playing against a specific team, for whatever reason that might be.

In the case of Devlin's career so far, he's certainly been in the latter when it comes to his meetings with Rangers

As detailed via Transfermarkt, the midfielder has made a total of 17 career appearances against Gers, and he's been on the winning side only twice.

Four of those have been losses with the other 11 occasions ending in draws respectively, with his only two victories both coming in the Scottish Premiership with Hearts last season.

He's never scored a provided a single assist against the Bears across those 17 games, and was even shown a red card in a Scottish Premiership match back in October 2022.

Let's hope that Cameron and Hearts fans don't have the last laugh then, as Devlin brings his star quality to Glasgow.
