Scottish Premiership told they've made 'brutal' Rangers announcement
Rangers are finally set to return to domestic action after the extended international break.
The Bears welcome Kilmarnock to Ibrox on Saturday, as they start a run of favourtable fixtures on paper.
Derek McInnes has recovered from his awful start to have Rangers two points behind Celtic, who are crumbling.
That's what two Old Firm defeats in one week can do to you.
Rangers are also two games from Premier Sports Cup glory, with Aberdeen at Hampden later this month.
That has sparked several fixture amendments from the Scottish Premiership, and they've not gone down well.
Scottish Premiership called out yet again
Derek Ferguson has had enough of one certain fixture on the weekly calendar in Scotland.
The 8pm kick-off on a Saturday has started to appear somewhat frequently, with Rangers have two of them over their next six fixtures.
Speaking on Open Goal, Ferguson was far from happy with the latest set of fixture amendments made in the Scottish Premiership, particularly the St Mirren fixture at the start of November.
"It's nice it's a 3pm kick-off," he said about Kilmarnock. "It's not 8pm and you've got all day, how garbage is that?
"7th November, they put a Rangers game at 8pm, they are brutal."
Ferguson was far from pleased for Rangers fan, Sean Weir, who is headlining the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship's latest night in Glasgow on the same evening.
Will Rangers care?
Right now, there is a real groove at Ibrox.
The only thing that matters is making sure that continues, and that's regardless of any kick-off times.
Let's get this straight, though, this is atrocious for fans across the entirety of Scotland, and they're not taken into account when these announcements are made.
If a game can be televised and more money can be made off someone as big as Rangers, that's the only thing that matters to them.
With trips to Dundee on 17 October and St Mirren on 7 November being in that 8pm slot on Saturdays, Rangers fans are at a disadvantage with travel immediately.
Bojan Miovski was the hero against St Mirren last time out, and a comfortable three points on the road would make it more acceptable.
For now, Rangers will simply continue to be used.
