Rangers predicted XI vs Dundee: Derek McInnes makes change as reality check hits
The 3-1 win over Kilmarnock at Ibrox made it seven consecutive victories in all competitions.
With three weeks off before that one, there were points where Derek McInnes was far from happy.
After losing the second half and conceding several big chances against Killie, it's been seen as somewhat of a reality check.
Cutting the gap down to two points, Rangers need to continue the run if they're to overhaul Celtic in the Scottish Premiership.
Ibrox News has looked at the possible starting XI that could be looking for further success at Dens Park.
Injury scare at the back for Rangers?
Ivor Pandur had early doubters at Ibrox after replacing Jack Butland.
It's safe to say that those have disappeared already, with the Croatian proving better and providing more confidence to those around him.
With five clean sheets in their last seven outings, Emmanuel Fernandez and Olwethu Makhanya should start again.
The same can be said for James Penrice, but there were doubts around Dujon Sterling's availability.
After suffering with illness and being replaced early against Killie, it's said he's recovered and with that, should start again.
More of the same in Rangers midfield?
This was one of the largest problem areas for McInnes after first arriving, with constant changes helping nobody.
After several signings in the area over the summer, it's Dan Neil who's come out on top for a spot there.
He should start again at Dens Park, and it's no surprise that Belgian international Nico Raskin will likely be alongside him.
Out wide will see some rotation, with Minsu Kim set for a spot on the bench after a hefty international break of travel and another near-90 minutes on Saturday.
Findlay Curtis could come in after getting 20 minutes off the bench in that, with the young Scotsman raring to go at Ibrox.
Best attack in Scotland?
Djeidi Gassama has looked electric this season, well until his final shot that is.
The Mauritania international simply has to keep starting, with his lung-busting runs making him almost impossible to stop.
When that final finish arrives in his game, he will be unstoppable.
Just look at Ryan Naderi; he wasn't exactly prolific last season after signing, but everything he touches at the minute is turning to gold.
The Cezchia international should start again, with Kevin Kelsy also expected to get the nod up top.
Kelsy hasn't set the world alight with his all-round play at Ibrox, but he's physical and has been finding the net.
So, right now, it's impossible to drop him.
