Derek McInnes couldn't have wished for a better first Old Firm in charge just three days ago at Ibrox.
Rangers smashed Celtic 3-0 in the quarter-finals of the Premier Sports Cup, setting up a Hampden showdown with Aberdeen.
Now, all eyes are on Parkhead and a Scottish Premiership clash before the extended international break.
Ibrox News has predicted the starting XI with changes expected, even with that crushing victory that's just gone past.
With McInnes chasing history last seen with Walter Smith, he knows it'll be a different test completely on Sunday.
Parkhead will be a different test for Rangers
The Ibrox win will mean nothing on Sunday, with no away supporters again travelling in their thousands.
This time it's league action, and with Rangers already five points behind, they won't want to concede any more ground.
With that in mind, the ever-reliable Ivor Pandur should start in goal after three clean sheets in a row.
The back four is finally settled too, with James Penrice and Dujon Sterling like to keep their spots.
Having shifted between a four and a three last time out, Olwethu Makhanya and Emmanuel Fernandez will need to be brave again, should they start as expected.
And at the base of midfield, Dan Neil, the hero of the show at Ibrox, should continue with the captain's armband.
Midfield change expected at Parkhead
It was a surprise to see McInnes stick with two strikers in the Premier Sports Cup, but it worked perfectly.
Parkhead is different, though, and it would be no surprise to see that extra body placed into the heart of midfield.
Nicolas Raskin should be a guaranteed starter after not sealing his expected summer move away.
While Cammy Devlin could get the nod in midfield, loved by McInnes from their time at Hearts, known for his love of a battle when things get tough.
The Aussie will expect that, and could love the challenge of stifling someone like Callum McGregor for 90 minutes.
Forward change can help history
A front three could help take apart Celtic's defence, with someone like Raskin pushing further forward to help with the press.
Minsu Kim and Djeidi Gassama should both start out wide, and they will look to cause carnage as they have been for weeks now.
Colby Donovan and Kieran Tierney couldn't handle them, and that big Parkhead pitch could make it even worse for them.
Now, it's down to Ryan Naderi or Kevin Kelsy in that number nine role.
Kelsy missed some chances, but did score, while the towering forward consistently was a menace.
McInnes loves Naderi, and he should start again as the nine, as he looks to make history not seen in more than 30 years.
No manager since Smith back in 1991 have won their first two Old Firm fixtures, and this could be the team that puts McInnes in that same bracket.
