New Nicolas Raskin video is exactly why Rangers will beat Celtic again
It's not often that we've been able to say that at Ibrox in recent years.
Derek McInnes appears to have finally found his preferred starting side and formation, and it's bringing the best out in everyone.
That was clearly on show as Rangers smashed Celtic 3-0 in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-finals on Sunday.
It will be a completely different story at Parkhead in the Scottish Premiership on 20 September, though.
With no Rangers fans in attendance this time, it's down to players like Nicolas Raskin to take control.
Nicolas Raskin playing key role at Rangers
Just weeks ago, everybody thought the Belgian midfielder would be playing his football elsewhere.
Raskin was subject to bids from Besiktas, but that was as far as that one went, with McInnes reintegrating him into the squad instantly.
It's paid off hugely, so far.
Now, Raskin is clearly playing a key role off the pitch too, with new signings in the squad gelling quickly and it's showing on the pitch.
In a new video via his Instagram story on Wednesday, the midfielder is seen out for coffee with half of the squad.
Olwethu Makhanya, Minsu Kim, Daisuke Yokota, Kosta Nedeljkovic, Vanja Dragojevic and Ivor Pandur are all spotted.
As well as that, the likes of Raskin, Tuur Rommens, Tochi Chukwuani, Ryan Naderi and Bojan Miovski are also present.
Rangers record at Parkhead
In very recent history, the Bears have travelled well in their Old Firm outings.
Now, McInnes has the chance to become the first Rangers manager since Walter Smith to win his first two Old Firm fixtures in charge.
Of course, the squad going out for a coffee together doesn't mean anything in literal sense, but it shows how things are changing.
For too long, Rangers have had far too many 'individuals' and that was on show at the start of the season.
Now, they are together and ready to fight for everything.
Think of Ryan Kent, Alfredo Morelos, James Tavernier - while all incredible players, none of them really travelled well to Parkhead, and mainly were called out for individual performances there.
It's time to change that, and three points would leave Rangers only two behind in the Scottish Premiership.
After such a slow start, smashing Celtic in league and cup so early in the season would put McInnes well on track for the domestic glory he's been seeking for his entire career.
