Explained: How Rangers could have December fixture moved for a second time
Rangers have had a trio of festive fixtures moved for TV coverage, but there could yet be more disruption.
The Hibs match will now take place at 8pm on Monday 7, December, while the St Johnstone game is set for midday on Sunday 13.
The high-profile clash with Derek McInnes' former side Hearts, meanwhile, is slated for 2:30pm on Sunday 20.
All three matches will be shown live on Sky Sports.
However, those looking to make plans for the trip to McDiarmid Park may want to hold off on making any concrete arrangements.
St Johnstone vs Rangers clash could yet change date
As confirmed by Rangers, the clash with the Saints is still subject to change.
The fixture could be moved for a second time, depending on if the Gers advance past Aberdeen in the Premier Sports Cup semi-finals.
That game at Hampden Park is due to take place on October 31, so only then will the St Johnstone fixture date and time be known for certain.
That is far from ideal for those who will be hoping to make their plans around the game.
The Premier Sports Cup final takes place on 13 December, so the weekend of the Saints game would have to be left free.
How is Rangers' December fixture list now shaping up?
Rangers kick off the final month of the year at home to Dundee United, before the trips to Hibernian and St Johnstone - if it's not moved.
Then comes the massive showdown with Hearts in the final match pre-Christmas, followed on Boxing Day by a trip to Kilmarnock.
December concludes with a visit from Dundee at Ibrox, with that a nice set of fixtures to conclude 2026.
It is hard to put a number on how many points will be taken from those matches, but a win will be expected heading into each of the games.
