Bojan Miovski at centre of 'incredible' irony after what Derek McInnes has spoken about at Rangers
Bojan Miovski continues to face an up-and-down career at Rangers.
There was plenty of excitement and expectation when the North Macedonia international came in.
Things hadn't gone well for him at Girona, but fans couldn't ignore his spell at Aberdeen.
He scored 44 goals in just shy of 100 appearances for the Dons before earning a LaLiga move.
That should have seen him come in to be an instant hit at Ibrox, but it hasn't happened.
Derek McInnes was seemingly willing to let him go over the summer, making Miovski's Rangers situation all the more baffling.

It is strange to think that without Lawrence Shankland, the 27-year-old is the most experienced striker the Gers have.
Kevin Kelsy has only just joined, Ryan Naderi has yet to nail down a reguar spot, and Youssef Chermiti is now out with a serious knee injury.
By comparison, Miovski has three seasons of experience in the Scottish Premiership and certainly knew where the back of the net was.
He proved that last time out at Ibrox as he scored a late winner against St Mirren.
It is for that reason why Gordon Parks can't understand why McInnes isn't utilising him more.
Speaking via PLZ Soccer on Friday, the journalist and former professional footballer said: "Incredible. we were talking about potential guys that can step in and fill the void for Shankland and Chermiti. I've always thought Miovski is a finisher, you get the service in he can finish.
"Derek's talking about dressing room chemistry and team coming together, the irony is the one guy who's the furthest out the door comes in and scores a goal and it could be the turning point, because the whole narrative would have changed had he not have scored."
How McInnes has contradicted himself at Rangers
It is clear that the ex-Aberdeen forward was being shown the door in Govan throughout the summer.
There was no secret of that.
He didn't find a route out and eventually was left with little option but to stick around.
It seems that McInnes didn't see a place for him, but now is talking about him in glowing terms.
Parks is exactly right, especially with what the Scot is now saying to the media.
As per BBC Sports, the Gers boss said: "Such is the way things change in football, with Youssef and Lawrence's long-term injury then having Bojan in the building is a godsend for me and something he should take a lot of encouragement from now between now and the end of the season."
It's very ironic, contradictory and certainly doesn't paint a unified picture of the latest goings on in G51.
