Rangers player ratings vs Falkirk: Youssef Chermiti steals the show, Connor Barron blows it
Rangers secured a 5-2 victory against Falkirk on Saturday.
The Gers travelled to Falkirk Stadium for the third time this season to play their final Scottish Premiership game of an up-and-down campaign.
Danny Rohl named a strong starting XI despite calls to utilise some academy talents, but it did pay off in the end.
Scoring five goals while sealing a first three points in five games ended the season on a positive note in an entertaining affair in FK2.
Rangers ended the season well against Falkirk, as Ibrox News now rates each player’s performance out of 10.

Youssef Chermiti ends season with hat-trick vs Falkirk
There hasn’t always been a ton of support for Youssef Chermiti, but he certainly ended the campaign on the best possible note.
He netted three to improve his tally for the season and show the sort of quality he can provide moving into a second year at Ibrox.
| Stat (Scottish Premiership 25/26) | Youssef Chermiti |
| Appearances | 30 |
| Starts | 21 |
| Goals | 15 |
| Assists | 5 |
Scoring 15 Scottish Premiership goals is no mean feat, and he proved a point against Falkirk with an excellent overall performance.
He took the most shots on the pitch with five, with one a stunning volley from the edge of the box, while also picking up one assist with his only big chance created before then winning a second-half penalty.
The 21-year-old followed that all with three successful duels and one recovery as he put in an all-around showing on the final day.
Chermiti was superb for Rangers again as he signed off in the perfect way after a largely inconsistent season.
Rangers ace Connor Barron may have blown Scotland World Cup chance
The midfielder has arguably been the Light Blues’ best player in a difficult few weeks under Rohl.
His performances in the heart of midfield have certainly helped to keep the G51 outfit ticking, but things didn’t work out against Falkirk.
Barron only lasted 64 minutes, where he chipped in with just one defensive action, while failing to win a single ground duel.
He also gave away a late first-half penalty, which doesn’t exactly paint the greatest picture ahead of what he hopes to be a busy summer.
Scotland boss Steve Clarke won’t have watched on with much positivity, even after a string of positive showings recently.
