Mikey Moore: Rangers star clearly fit to start in much-needed boost vs Falkirk after injury scare
Mikey Moore was an early injury doubt for Rangers against Falkirk in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday, but those fears may have just disappeared.
The Tottenham loanee has been sensational under Danny Rohl, working his way into a key role after initially struggling at Ibrox.
With Celtic and Hearts both winning on Saturday, Rangers need three points against Falkirk heading into the split at the end of April.
Moore will be key to that, especially with Ryan Naderi and Tuur Rommens both ruled out with serious injuries of their own.
Thankfully for Rohl, he’s just been given a boost ahead of kick-off at Falkirk.

Mikey Moore shares Rangers matchday hint
Moore has jumped into the spotlight in recent months, with his goal against Celtic at Parkhead springing to mind immediately.
His role out wide comes with the added responsibility of free-roaming centrally when Rangers have possession, something opposition sides can’t handle.
| Moore’s 25-26 league stats | Result |
| Goal contributions | 8 |
| Big chances created | 7 |
| Key passes per game | 1.2 |
| Dribble success | 43% |
| Pass accuracy | 79% |
Despite the injury scare, Moore took to his personal Instagram account to reshare the Rangers’ matchday graphic on his stories on Sunday morning.

In what has become somewhat of a modern-day trend, available players often tend to share a self-made graphic of themselves on game days.
What was said about Mikey Moore injury?
Rohl confirmed ahead of the trip to Falkirk that there were question marks around the fitness of Moore.
On top of Rommens and Naderi being ruled out, the German also shared that there were doubts around Andreas Skov Olsen’s fitness.
Most fans likely won’t be as bothered around the outcome with Skov Olsen, given that the loanee has yet to show even an ounce of promise in the final third.
Djeidi Gassama has likely overtaken the Dane in the pecking order in recent weeks, so if the former Sheffield Wednesday man can start along with Moore, that isn’t too bad.
Oliver Antman will be screaming for a chance, too, given his lack of minutes recently, so that motivation could take him to another level.
Either way, it looks as though Moore is good to go for this one.
