Rangers: Ross McCausland open to summer Ibrox exit as options emerge for forward
Rangers forward Ross McCausland faces an uncertain future ahead of his loan return, Ibrox News has learned.
The Northern Ireland international departed Govan in the summer to join Aris Limassol on a season-long loan deal.
He has gone on to be a regular in Cyprus after making plenty of appearances across league, cup and UEFA Conference League.
That has already sparked questions about his future in G51, as he prepares for his Ibrox homecoming at the end of the season.
Ibrox News understands that an interesting summer could lie ahead of McCausland as the potential of a Rangers exit remains on the table.

Ross McCausland attracting interest after Aris Limassol loan
The 22-year-old has recently been dealt a blow after missing out on the Northern Ireland squad for the upcoming international break.
He has scored four league goals while out on loan this season, but hasn’t received the call from Michael O’Neill for the World Cup qualifier semi-final with Italy.

That hasn’t stopped McCausland from being linked with a move away from G51 as various sides are interested at this early stage.
Ibrox News has learned that he has been fine throughout his spell in Cyprus and is assessing his future at this stage.
The summer will mark 12 months remaining on his current deal, leaving the player open to a move, although he is prepared to go with the flow at Ibrox.
That could make for an interesting summer for McCausland with his contract situation set to pique interest away from Govan.
McCausland could still feature for Rangers
Ibrox News understands that the situation surrounding the forward at Rangers remains up in the air at this stage, and no decision has been made about his future.
Regardless of what happens with any summer transfer, he will first return to Govan before Danny Rohl and Co. can make a call.
It will be interesting to see what happens with McCausland because at one stage he looked like being the next big thing for the Light Blues.
There is a chance he could still play for Rangers moving into next season, but at this stage that remains a possibility rather than a guarantee.
