Rangers ace Kieran Wright is edging towards the end of his contract at Ibrox.
The 26-year-old is yet to make a single appearance for the Light Blues this season, but remains a part of the side at Ibrox.
He has featured in matchday squads in both the Scottish Premiership and Europa League this campaign without playing a minute.
That isn’t unusual in the modern game with the likes of Scott Carson, Rob Green and Marcus Bettinelli playing similar roles elsewhere.

What is Kieran Wright’s contract situation at Rangers?
The Scot hasn’t made any appearances for the Gers’ first team since coming into the first team in 2016.
That hasn’t stopped him from featuring in various loan deals away from G51, having departed on nine separate occasions in the past 10 years.

His last spell was with Airdrieonians in the Scottish Championship, and he has since returned to Ibrox to play a role in the dressing room.
Wright has consistently featured in matchday squads, but is increasingly unlikely to play unless both Jack Butland and Liam Kelly are injured.
That has likely played a part in his contract being allowed to run down to this point, with his deal set to end in the summer.
Reports suggest he earns a weekly salary of £1,000, which would equate to a yearly wage in the region of £52,000.
Wright could be on his way out of Rangers at the end of his deal, while questions remain over his future in Govan.
