Danny Rohl can’t do without Mikey Moore amid impressive stat reveal in Rangers draw
Mikey Moore produced a moment of magic to ensure Rangers drew 2-2 with Livingston on Sunday.
The 18-year-old guided a glancing header past goalkeeper Jeremie Prior to level the game up for the Bears, but that wasn’t the end of the drama.
He was then wiped out by Cameron Kerr on the edge of the box, but despite being through on goal, no foul was given, and the Livingston defender escaped any punishment.
Moore had started the campaign terribly under Russell Martin, before finding a new lease of life playing more centrally for Danny Rohl.
And his latest performance for Rangers shows exactly why he is so important to their title charge.

Mikey Moore shines in Rangers vs Livingston
The Tottenham loanee may have taken a while to find his feet for the Ibrox outfit, but it’s clear that he is now one of the most influential players in Rohl’s squad.
He was a huge threat throughout the 90 minutes against Livingston, and it was clear that if Rangers were going to win all three points in stoppage time, it would all be down to him.
According to Sofascore, he created five chances at Almondvale Stadium, which shows how impactful he is becoming in the final third.

With a pass accuracy of 88 per cent, Moore was definitely one of the only bright sparks in Sunday’s performance, and this is becoming a recurring theme.
In the Scottish Premiership this season, Moore has completed 30 successful dribbles, and it’s clear that Rohl is finally getting the best out of him.
The Sofascore graphic below shows how impressive the English teenager has been, and it’s a testament to his mentality that he has bounced back well from the criticism he faced earlier in the campaign.

But while Moore is flourishing and proving his worth to the fans, the same can’t be said about Djeidi Gassama.
Rangers need more from Djeidi Gassama
Gassama came back into the starting lineup at Almondvale Stadium after producing a magnificent assist for Youssef Chermiti’s third goal against Hearts.
However, he failed to grasp this opportunity, as he remained ineffective on the left wing.
He only created one chance and registered a pass accuracy of 75 per cent against Marvin Bartley’s side, which shows how inconsistent he can be.
The fact that he’s only scored twice in the league all season is exactly the reason why he can’t be trusted to start, and the contrast between his form and Moore’s is staggering.
Only the Frenchman can turn around his own fortunes, and after his latest display, he may have to prove his worth from the bench.
