Danny Rohl forced into Rangers changes as team news update shared pre-Livingston
Danny Rohl has admitted that Rangers will be forced into some changes ahead of their fixture against Livingston.
The Gers are looking to maintain pace behind league leaders Hearts and cannot afford to slip up in their hunt.
News of injury will certainly not help their cause, but after a strong performance against the Jam Tarts at the weekend, it seems the German manager will not be able to keep with the same team.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Rohl said: “There will be some changes – not because I want to, but because I have to. Some players have problems, but we’ll see on Sunday.”
At the moment, the Ibrox boss is keeping his cards close to his chest, with the names of those likely to be unavailable not shared.
However, it is not an ideal scenario for the G51 outfit to find themselves in.

Rangers should have enough to deal with Livingston
The Scottish Premiership has seen an intense title race, and even the smallest misfortunes could cause a shift.
Rohl would have been looking to go strong once again to ensure three points and avoid complacency against Livingston.
Rangers have an in-depth squad, and with their opponents at the bottom of the table, no matter who is ruled out, they should not have too many worries with starting some fringe players.
However, Rohl will be weary, as the Gers struggled away to Motherwell with quite a few of those who started against Hearts on the bench.
The German did face criticism for his team selection on that day.
The opposition’s record against the Govan-based club also provides a positive outlook despite the setback in team news.

Rangers have a strong omen ahead of Livingston fixture
There is always a chance for Rangers to slip on the Livingston banana skin, but the Gers do have a good omen ahead of the game.
Rangers’ record in the last 11 games against teams that began the day at the bottom of the league sees them at 11 wins.
The last time they failed to beat the league’s bottom-dwellers was back in a 1-1 draw with Hamilton in February 2021.
That run by the G51 outfit will be viewed as a positive omen heading into this clash, even if Livingston will undoubtedly be desperate to upset the odds.
