Ryan Naderi in demand as excitement revealed about player Rangers want

Rangers may be getting a highly sought-after prospect if they can sign Hansa Rostock striker Ryan Naderi in the winter transfer window.

Naderi is being linked with a move to Ibrox, with the centre-forward keen on moving to the Gers in the coming days.

The Light Blues have already signed Tochi Chukwuani, Tuur Rommens and Andreas Skov Olsen this season, but they’re seemingly planning on additional reinforcements to aid their title push in the William Hill Premiership.

Danny Rohl has hinted at a marquee signing at Ibrox, and fans in G51 are keenly looking what the Glaswegian outfit has in store for them.

Rangers want Ryan Naderi amid Bundesliga interest

Naderi has gone from strength to strength at Hansa Rostock, Keith Jackson says.

The Daily Record journalist has been speaking to people who’ve told him about the quality and potential of the 22-year-old wanted at Ibrox.

With the German national also wanted by clubs in the Bundesliga, it’s clear that his performances in 3. Liga haven’t gone unnoticed.

Speaking on Hotline Live on 26 January, Jackson said, “Speaking to a couple of people about this kid earlier on today, they said that he’s really come on leaps and bounds. I think he got injured, maybe about a year or so ago, and since coming back from injury, he’s taken his game to a different level.”

The journalist added, “People in Germany are quite excited about him. I think there’s some interest in him from the Bundesliga.”

Danilo looks to be on his way out of Ibrox, with the Gers looking to offload the striker permanently, which will certainly open the door for Naderi’s arrival.

Ryan Naderi transfer will lead to another Ibrox exit

Rohl hasn’t been able to rely on Youssef Chermiti or Bojan Miovski, and there’s an evident need to bolster the German manager goalscoring options.

The former Everton ace and the North Macedonia international have scored a combined seven goals in the league for Rangers this season.

It’s been so poor from the Light Blues’ attacking department in the current campaign that fans are reminiscing about having Cyriel Dessers.

The Nigerian striker wasn’t the most popular figure at Ibrox during his spell with the Govan side, but he contributed heavily up front.
