Findlay Curtis and Lyall Cameron development a ‘shame’ after latest Rangers transfer news
Rangers are open to letting Findlay Curtis and Lyall Cameron leave in the winter transfer window.
The Gers’ Scottish duo have struggled for game time since Russell Martin’s departure, and a move away could potentially be the best solution for them.
Curtis and Cameron have been attracting interest in recent months, and a loan move could potentially help them get some much-needed minutes to impress the Light Blues.
Danny Rohl is expected to be backed by Andrew Cavenagh in January, and outgoings should be expected from the Glaswegian outfit in the coming days.

Rangers could do with Findlay Curtis and Lyall Cameron stay at Ibrox
Curtis and Cameron usually bring something different to the Gers’ team whenever they are played, Scott McDermott says.
Despite Danny Rohl’s reluctance to use the 19-year-old forward and 23-year-old midfielder, they have shown glimpses of their talent at Ibrox this season.
The Daily Record journalist feels it’ll be a “shame” to see that Scottish duo leave in the coming weeks, but it remains to be seen what the future holds for them.
Speaking on Hotline Live on 28 December, McDermott said, “I think there was a story about Cameron and Curtis maybe going on loan, which might be a shame because you feel whenever they have played, and it’s been very limited this season, they do offer some bit of energy, something different that Rangers lack at times.”
Rohl may be able to reignite hopes of winning the William Hill Premiership, but January could potentially be pivotal in that regard.
Hearts’ loss to Hibernian means the Glaswegian outfit have closed the gap at the top of the table to nine points again, and the coming weeks are undoubtedly massive for them.
Danny Rohl to sanction four more exits at Ibrox in January
Joe Rothwell and three others could leave Ibrox in January, with the former Bournemouth midfielder attracting interest from down south.
The 30-year-old Englishman’s move to Rangers in the summer hasn’t worked out, and it would make sense for them to cut their losses on him.
| Player | Appearances | Minutes played |
| Cameron | 9 | 419 |
| Curtis | 16 | 410 |
Kieran Dowell, Rabbi Matondo and Clinton Nsiala could also be on their way out of the Light Blues as they don’t seem to be in Rohl’s plans.
A squad overhaul seems to be on the cards at Ibrox, and the situation will surely be worth watching closely.
