Nedim Bajrami dropped, Danny Rohl recalls key weapon – Rangers predicted XI vs Ferencvaros
Danny Rohl will likely ring the changes for Thursday’s Europa League clash with Ferencvaros.
Rangers are sat 33rd in the Europa League table after gaining just one point from their opening five games, and a trip to Hungary is the next test for Rohl.
The Hungarian champions are unbeaten in the Europa League so far, and the Bears will have to do without the impressive Nedim Bajrami after Rangers’ 3-0 win over Kilmarnock.
Rangers finally showed a clinical side to their game, and Mikey Moore is primed to make his first start under Rohl since 9 November.
Mikey Moore to come in for Nedim Bajrami among three changes
Moore scored and had a goal disallowed after coming off the bench on Saturday, and he’s the favourite to come in for the injured Bajrami.
Bajrami has been excellent since coming back into the team, and he’s now expected to be out of action until the end of December.
Mohamed Diomande’s red card against Braga means he will drop out of the team due to suspension, and Thelo Aasgaard will likely be given another chance to prove himself.

James Tavernier was rested for Max Aarons against Kilmarnock, and he’ll definitely come back into the side as the Bears can’t afford any more slip-ups.
Tavernier was brilliant in the 1-1 draw with Braga on 27 November, becoming the joint-second top scorer in Rangers’ European history, moving level with Ally McCoist on 21 goals.

Otherwise, the team will remain unchanged, and Rohl will be gutted to see another player added to the injury list.
Nedim Bajrami injury is a tough blow for Danny Rohl
While Moore is certainly a capable replacement, Bajrami’s injury has come at the worst possible time, although he isn’t actually registered in the Europa League.
The 26-year-old was given his first start under Rohl against Falkirk, before scoring a last-gasp equaliser against Dundee United on 3 December.
Ferencvaros are a physical team, and the Albania international registered a ground duel success rate of 54.8 per cent, a figure which is abnormally high for a winger, but that won’t matter in Budapest.
It may pave the way for Moore and Findlay Curtis to develop, but the Bears will certainly miss his quality both in and out of possession on Thursday.
No matter what, three points are all that matter.
