Mohamed Diomande called out as ‘lazy’ after controversial new Rangers footage
Rangers were at the heart of several controversial moments in their long-awaited win over Kilmarnock on Saturday evening.
Rangers beat Kilmarnock 3-0 at Rugby Park on 6 December, with Bojan Miovski scoring twice and Mikey Moore sealing all three points.
Kevin Clancy and his officials were in the thick of the action, with Mohamed Diomande particularly lucky not to give away a penalty.
With David Watson steaming into the box off the ball, the Ivorian appeared to drag him back, but Clancy and VAR decided against punishment.

Richard Foster was far from happy with Diomande, calling his defensive actions lazy as he didn’t care to track Watson properly.
Speaking live on BBC Sportscene as footage replayed, the ex-defender believes that the Ivorian may have been saved by the lack of conclusive angles over where the incident occurred.
“It starts on the edge of the box, it’s lazy defending,” Foster said.
“He just doesn’t want to track the run, David Watson, that is what his game is, making the box, and the only thing I can think is that it may not continue into the box.

“We don’t really have a good view of it, in terms of how conclusive it is, but that to me is the only reason it is not a penalty.”

With Rangers said to be looking at Watson as a possible signing, Diomande will be on red alert.
Diomande was sent off against Braga in the latest Europa League disappointment, meaning he will sit out Thursday’s trip to Ferencvaros.
The 24-year-old has not been like his old, infectious self in the middle of the park this season, often making rash decisions such as this one.
A goal against Livingston, tapping home to seal all three points, is one small positive, but there have not been enough on show consistently.
With some big games ahead either side of Christmas and the January transfer window quickly approaching, Diomande is one of those who needs to step up.
