‘Celtic and Rangers have never been as badly run’ after new developments at Parkhead
The Scottish Premiership could be won by Hearts this season, showcasing the fall off from both Rangers and Celtic.
Things are still incredibly ropey at Ibrox, despite the slight improvement on the pitch under Danny Rohl after he replaced Russell Martin.
At Parkhead, it’s a very similar story with Brendan Rodgers having been sacked and Martin O’Neill replacing him temporarily.
O’Neill may get betting results at Celtic, but Callum Crowe still believes that the current situation facing both clubs is as bad as it’s ever been.

Rangers recruitment slammed as Celtic prediction made
Albeit with a game in hand, Rangers are currently nine points behind Hearts at the top of the Scottish Premiership, with Celtic just two behind.
Any form of success is looking unlikely for the Light Blues this season, and it stems from two things: player recruitment and managerial hires.
Martin was a disaster at Ibrox, but Crowe has detailed in the print edition of the Scottish Daily Mail how the “botched” process to replace him has marred their campaign.
Added to that, Celtic are yet to replace Rodgers after his dismissal, with Crowe claiming that their “dithering approach means the new manager will be thrown in at the deep end“.

“It’s hard to recall a time when both Old Firm clubs were so badly run off the field,” Crowe concluded, and it is very hard to make a case against that.
What’s next for Rangers?
While Rohl will be focused on getting results on the pitch, there still needs to be a lot of work done behind the scenes at Ibrox if they are to move away from the current label of a laughing stock.
Player recruitment has to change, and Kevin Thelwell’s departure from Rangers will only be a positive in that regard.
The likes of Yousef Chermiti and Bojan Miovski are just two of the signings he made that have backfired signficantly in Glasgow.
David Weir could replace him at Ibrox, with several other changes needed from a backroom staff perspective.
As for Celtic, they won’t be happy with their current position either, though, mathematically at least, they are the ones in the driving seat to go on and win the Scottish Premiership.
