Danny Rohl forced into unpopular change, Bojan Miovski axed – Rangers predicted XI vs Livingston

Danny Rohl is looking for his fourth straight win in the William Hill Premiership as Rangers face Livingston on Saturday.

David Martindale’s team will travel to Glasgow on 22 November, with the Gers hoping to continue putting pressure at the top of the table.

Rohl can still pull off something special in the William Hill Premiership, with Celtic’s turmoil continuing as they look for a new manager.

Hearts’ recent draws in the league will give the Ibrox faithful some belief, but there’s still a long way to go for the German manager in G51.

Nasser Djiga to start for Rangers after John Souttar injury in Scotland vs Denmark

John Souttar was forced out of the Scotland starting lineup against Denmark at Hampden Park on 18 November in the World Cup qualifier.

As a result, Nasser Djiga seems poised to return to the team, with James Tavernier, Derek Cornelius and Jayden Meghoma in the back four.

Nicolas Raskin and Mohamed Diomande should keep their place in the middle of the park, with Thelo Aasgaard playing as the number 10.

Up front, Mikey Moore and Djeidi Gassama should start on the right and left-wing, respectively, with the former Sheffield Wednesday forward arguably much more impactful in that position, with Danilo as the number nine.

Rangers predicted lineup vs Livingston

Djiga hasn’t lived up to expectations at the Gers after his loan move from Wolves in the summer, and there are some fans who want to see him leave in January.

While the Glaswegian outfit have improved defensively under Rohl, there are still evident holes in their backline, and the Burkina Faso international could potentially be an unpopular change against Livingston.

Bojan Miovski and Youssef Chermiti transfer regret emerges

Kevin Thelwell must certainly be regretting signing Bojan Miovski and Youssef Chermiti on permanent deals in the summer.

Instead of spending a significant sum on the two centre-forwards, it would’ve made sense for Rangers to sign them on loan and see whether they’re worth the investment at the end of the season.

Danilo has stepped up under Rohl, and the former Sheffield Wednesday boss should continue to rely on him up front.

With the winter transfer window around the corner, it remains to be seen what the future holds for some of the players at Ibrox.
