Mikey Moore set to explode at Rangers under Danny Rohl after promising signs already
Danny Rohl has placed great faith in Mikey Moore to deliver the goals for Rangers.
Moore started the season terribly for Rangers under Russell Martin, although he has found a new lease of life playing centrally for Rohl.
He has bounced back from the criticism very well, and there is now optimism that he can fully turn his season around and become a successful signing.
Moore was left out of the England U19s squad against Latvia on Saturday, and he will go into the clash against Livingston on 22 November with a week’s rest under his belt.
The 18-year-old will likely start that match, and there is huge optimism over his potential future impact for the Light Blues over the course of the season.

Mikey Moore is finding his feet in a Rangers shirt
Due to his terrible performances under Martin, calls were made for Findlay Curtis to start, with both fans and pundits unsure why homegrown talent wasn’t being prioritised over the loanee.
Of course, homegrown talent is crucial, and it’s a fact that Rangers have severely underused their academy stars in 2025-26.
But under Rohl’s tutelage, Moore is showing why he has all the potential to be a top-class footballer in the future.

The Tottenham loanee is gradually improving, and his first goal for the Bears came in Rangers’ 3-0 win over Dundee on 9 November.
Technically brilliant on the ball, Moore has thrived playing just in behind the striker instead of being left isolated out wide.
It seems clear that Rohl has found Moore’s value to the squad, and there’s no reason to suggest that the 18-year-old can’t repay the manager’s faith in the busy weeks to come.

Many Rangers signings have been crucified for their performances this campaign, and Moore has shown them what it takes to spark a reversal in their fortunes.
Mikey Moore’s form can spur other Rangers players to succeed
Youssef Chermiti is a perfect example of someone who has to perform for the Bears when he is given the opportunity by Rohl.
After signing from Everton for around £10million, the Portuguese striker must be a lot sharper on the ball if he wants to have a positive impact on the team.
While he still seems raw and not valued by Rohl at the moment, Oliver Antman’s goalscoring record in the Netherlands shows that he clearly can perform for Rangers.
As for Bojan Miovski, he’s clearly lacking confidence in front of goal, but there are no question marks over his pedigree in Scotland.
The Bears have a host of what it takes to succeed at G51, and they must emulate Moore’s actions if they are to have a chance of doing so.
