Danny Rohl told the one non-negotiable at Rangers after leaving lasting Sheffield Wednesday impact
Danny Rohl faces a tough challenge to get supporters on board at Rangers.
The Rangers supporters are furious with the circumstances that led to Russell Martin’s sacking and the appointment of Rohl after just eight league matches.
Rangers are miles off the top of the Scottish Championship and have also struggled in the Europa League so far.
Rohl will hope that he can turn it around, but he is starting on the back foot at Ibrox, with the fanbase hugely disillusioned.

Danny Rohl told how to get Rangers fans aboard after previous Sheffield Wednesday impact
Rohl was finally appointed as Rangers manager on 20 October, after a series of twists and turns in the hiring process.
Ian Bennett, chairman of the Sheffield Wednesday Supporters Trust, believes that Rohl is well-equipped to handle the challenge with the Gers, given his impact at Hillsborough.
However, he warned the new Light Blues boss that immediate results are a non-negotiable to get supporters to believe in him.
Speaking exclusively to Ibrox News, he said: “When he came to Wednesday, there were huge problems and there still are.
“He managed to turn it around by talking to the fans, getting them back on side and being tactically astute.
“He used the players that he has got to his advantage when he sets the tactics up, he strikes a chord with the supporters.
“I think as a manager, he will do a fantastic job up there, it depends on how receptive the fans are up there.
“He is a really nice guy, and he does really bond with the fans, fantastically, the situation will be difficult for him, and he has to start winning straight away.
“The way he deals with supporters is brilliant, even if they don’t like him, he actually speaks to them and tries to talk them around.”

49ers cannot afford for Rohl to be the wrong man
The 49ers Enterprises group and Andrew Cavenagh cannot afford for Rohl to be the wrong appointment, they need him to be a success.
Their relationship with the fans is already tense, and they need Rohl to be a conduit to help to repair it for them to succeed.
Bennett’s comments should provide hope for Bears fans, but as he said, they will want to see evidence on the pitch.
Rohl will hope that comes in Norway against SK Brann in his first game in charge on 23 October.
