Rangers player thanks fans at Ibrox after cryptic dig at Russell Martin
Rangers have had yet another woeful start to their season as they somehow sit eighth in the Scottish Premiership after six games.
Russell Martin picked up his first league win on Sunday, as Rangers beat Livingston 2-1 at the Almondvale Stadium in West Lothian.
Next for Martin is a trip to Austria on Thursday, where they will face Sturm Graz in the Europa League, but despite the recent win, Rangers are not being backed to succeed.
The Light Blues desperately need to put a string of positive results together as Martin faces persistent calls to be sacked at Ibrox.
While the noise from outside the club is loud and clear that there needs to be a change, there is also unrest from within the squad.

Clinton Nsiala continues to voice Rangers discontent on social media
Nsiala has taken a clear swipe at Martin before, posting an image that depicts him in a Rangers kit with the caption, “STILL HERE.”
The 21-year-old defender started 10 games last season but has yet to come close to seeing the pitch since the managerial change, and has yet to feature in a matchday squad.
Once more, the Frenchman has taken to Instagram to take a dig at his new boss, while thanking the Gers’ fans for their support.

He ended his message with, “Thanks for all of your messages, dear Gers.”
Signed on a free ahead of last season from AC Milan, the youngster clearly feels he is suffering under the new regime in Glasgow and wants fans to know about it.
Nsiala could yet have a chance to play, as injury concerns are set to hamper what has already been a dismal backline.

Rangers’ defence needs a refresh
Rangers have been poor defensively; the 1-0 scoreline in their loss against Genk in the Europa League flattered Martin’s side as they conceded 3.79xg according to Sofascore.
The defence has managed just four clean sheets in all competitions, including Champions League qualification games.
Those domestic shutouts came against Celtic in the league and Hibernian in the Premier Sports Cup.
The backline as a whole has not performed to its usual standards.
- The team is averaging fewer tackles per game than last year
- They are intercepting the ball less
- Jack Butland is having to make more saves on average per game
Nsiala will be looking at the stats and wondering what he has to do to displace the current starters, and he is making his voice be heard very clearly online.
