Rangers vs Hibernian preview: Team news, lineup, prediction

Rangers’ dreadful start to the season will not get any easier this weekend as they take on Hibernian.

Rangers face Hibs at Ibrox on Saturday in the quarter-finals of the Premier Sports Cup, as they look for just their second win of the season.

Russell Martin is under serious pressure, and anything other than a victory could spell the end of his time in charge.

It will be a difficult task against Hibs, who have been decent to start the season, and will come to Ibrox high on confidence.

Prediction Rangers 2-1 Hibs

Martin knows anything less than a win would be the end of his tenure at Ibrox.

Andrew Cavenagh and the 49ers’ patience will surely run out if another defeat at home occurs on Saturday.
