Derek McInnes confident for Hearts against Rangers

Hearts are heading into their game against Rangers as the form team in the Scottish Premiership, and McInnes has done a superb job since joining in the summer.

Jermain Defoe reveals key role in Mikey Moore deal

Jermain Defoe became a fan favourite at Rangers in his four years at Ibrox, and he has now done something that will endear himself to supporters even more.

Defoe has now revealed that he spoke to Mikey Moore before he agreed to join Rangers on loan from Tottenham, with the Gers beating off a lot of competition from other clubs for his signature.

Moore started against Celtic last time out, but could be dropped to the bench again as Rangers face Hearts.

Richard Foster calls for Nicolas Raskin return

Nicolas Raskin has found himself in a rift with Martin, and fans were concerned that the under-fire manager could have forced their star player out.

Former player Richard Foster has now claimed that Raskin needs to return to the starting lineup, and has called on Martin to reinstate him, while also admitting that it is also down to the player to perform to his best level.

Barry Ferguson makes Russell Martin plea

Martin replaced Barry Ferguson when he joined Rangers, with the former captain serving as interim manager last season.

Ferguson has now called on Martin to change his style of play, with results the most important aspect of all at Rangers, and a win, no matter how ugly, the only acceptable result against Hearts.

Some believed that Ferguson should be given the job permanently rather than Martin being appointed, and based on results, it is tough to argue against this.
