Thelo Aasgaard has now done something no Rangers player has ever accomplished before
Rangers recruited Thelo Aasgaard in the summer transfer window, but he is yet to showcase the best of his ability for the club.
Aasgaard had a disrupted start at Rangers as he picked up an injury before his debut, but he is now yet to score or assist in five games so far.
The International break provided a breath of fresh air for Rangers stars currently struggling under Russell Martin, with Nicolas Raskin netting his first Belgium goal.
Norway midfielder Aasgaard was in the squad for their World Cup qualifier against Moldova, and he has now acheived something very special.

Thelo Aasgaard scores four goals off the bench for Norway
Aasgaard started on the bench as Premier League stars Erling Haaland and Martin Odegaard ripped through Moldova, but the Rangers midfielder then came on for a very memorable appearance.
The 23-year-old had just one Norway goal to his name in two appearances, but he has now boosted his record in the most remarkable way, scoring four off the bench in just 26 minutes.

In an outstanding display of finishing, Aasgaard’s four goals came very quickly at the end of the game, but while Moldova were poor, it still means that the midfielder has made Rangers history.
The Liverpool-born Norwegian international joined from Luton Town in the summer, but has not heavily impressed in a struggling team. However, this display has given a glimpse into the attacking threat he can provide.

Thelo Aasgaard first Rangers player to score International hat-trick
Aasgaard has now gone where no Rangers player has gone before, and scored a hat-trick on the International stage.
No Rangers player has previously managed this feat, despite a lot of big names appearing in the famous royal blue shirts over the years.
Aasgaard’s display was only bettered by Haaland, who netted five times in their 11-1 win, and it was an incredible way to make a name for himself on the International stage.
Martin will hope that Aasgaard can bring this form back to Ibrox as Rangers face Hearts in a must-win game next.
