How to watch today’s St Mirren vs Rangers game: TV channel, live stream, kick-off time

Rangers are looking to pick up their first league win of the season under Russell Martin as they take on St Mirren on Sunday.

Despite the season being in its infancy, the pressure is already being piled on Martin after a string of disappointing results.

Rangers’ 3-1 loss at Ibrox to Club Brugge means they are already on the verge of being knocked out of the Champions League, and if they fail to get anything other than a win against St Mirren, then the 49ers may be forced to evaluate Martin’s position.

St Mirren vs Rangers TV channel and live stream

Rangers’ clash with St Mirren will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Football in the UK.

The match at St Mirren Park kicks off at midday.

For those wishing to live stream the match, streaming options are available on Sky Sports and Now TV, with a subscription required.

It may be a bizarre thing to say, but perhaps Martin’s side may cope better away from home in their next game due to the pressure that playing in front of the Ibrox crowd can provide at times.

Although they were more than justified, the mass exodus of supporters during the game against Club Brugge couldn’t have helped the morale of the Gers’ squad.

Final potential chance for Danilo and Cyril Dessers to impress

With neither Cyril Dessers nor Danilo setting the world alight so far this season, the striker position at Rangers has never been more up for grabs.

Whilst Martin has clearly not made up his mind when it comes to who he prefers out of Dessers or Danilo, both of them could struggle to break into the team if Bojan Miovski arrives in Glasgow.

The Ibrox faithful will be familiar with the forward who impressed during his two seasons at Aberdeen, but despite Rangers’ interests, Miovski joined Girona instead.

Although it may be later than some had initially hoped, Miovski looks set to join Rangers, meaning today’s game against St Mirren could be the final opportunity for Danilo or Dessers to impress.
