Rangers transfer priority revealed as three deadline-busting signings wanted at Ibrox
Rangers face a race against time to secure more signings before the transfer deadline on 1 September.
The Gers have already bought a raft of players to Ibrox as Russell Martin oversees a new era in Glasgow, which has started awfully.
Djeidi Gassama has arguably made the biggest impact for Rangers, having bagged four Champions League goals.
Now, the Bears will want the same impact as they eye three more deals before the window shuts.

Rangers must strengthen in several positions with departures expected
Rangers have been in indifferent form under Martin, with two underwhelming draws in the Scottish Premiership.
Although they made inroads in the Champions League, the Ibrox club suffered a 3-1 defeat to Club Brugge in the final play-off first leg, making progress extremely unlikely.
- Rangers are without a win in the Scottish Premiership
- They suffered a 3-1 home defeat to Club Brugge
- Defending has been a shambles
All eyes will be on the remainder of the transfer window to see if the Glasgow outfit can bolster their manager with more additions.
With Jefte gone and Ridvan Yilmaz soon to be following him, another left-back to challenge Jayden Meghoma will be a priority, along with another centre-back and striker, according to the Daily Record (23 August, page 53).
The newspaper reports that with Ben Davies and Jose Cifuentes also departing, Rangers can now at least think about making those additions, having been forced to pause their recruitment plans to focus on clearing the deadwood first.

From Ridvan Yilmaz to Karl Etta Eyong – What is the transfer latest?
Yilmaz is expected to leave Rangers for Besiktas, meaning that Martin has Meghoma as his only natural left-back.
While he has options who can fill in, it would be sensible for the Gers to land a replacement before the window closes.
Davies and Cifuentes have both departed Ibrox on loan, so there is certainly room for more acquisitions.
Rangers have made a move for Villarreal star Karl Etta Eyong, so he could be the next signing for the Glasgow side.
With time of the essence, Martin needs better players if he is to make the progress desired.
