‘He’d like to be away from Scotland’ – Rangers star tipped for Ibrox exit
Rangers take on Viktoria Plzen in the third round of Champions League qualifying on Tuesday.
The Ibrox side are now just two two-legged ties away from qualifying for the competition’s group phase.
This would mean a huge payday for Rangers, giving them extra funds to spend in the transfer market and added prestige to attract better players to the club.

‘Champions League qualification won’t matter to wantaway star Igamane‘
It has been suggested that Rangers would sell two of their star strikers, Cyriel Dessers and Hamza Igamane, to create more funds for new signings.
Speaking exclusively to Ibrox News, former Rangers midfielder Derek Ferguson suggested that Igamane would leave even if Rangers qualified for the Champions League group phase.
He said: “I’m not so sure Champions League qualification makes much difference in this situation. Rangers will just be waiting on the right offers.
“Igamane, it’s a strange one because he’s not been involved of late, so that suggests there’s interest from clubs and it’s about whether the valuation is met.

“The new board need to be pretty strong. Too many players have left on the cheap and they need to raise as much as they can for Igamane.
“I do get the feeling he’d like to be away from Scotland.”
Dessers may get the chance to prove himself against Viktoria Plzen
It’s believed that Rangers are also waiting for the right offer to come in for Dessers.
The Nigerian striker hit 21 goals last season, but it’s believed Russell Martin would rather sell him if another club were to bid at least £5million.
| Player | Interested clubs | Value |
| Igamane | Lille, Everton | £15m |
| Dessers | AEK Athens | £5m |
Dessers remains at the club for now though, and he may be given a chance to show what he can do against Viktoria Plzen.
Danilo has started Martin’s first three games in charge, but hasn’t provided much of an attacking threat.
If the manager wants to change things up, Dessers would appear to be first in line for a call-up. If he starts, it would be an ideal opportunity to either prove himself to the new Rangers boss or put himself in the shop window for potential suitors.
Djeidi Gassama is also expected to start this game after scoring two goals from the substitutes’ bench in the previous qualifying round against Panathinaikos.
