Rangers favourites to sign Moore as Tottenham transfer latest emerges at Ibrox

Rangers could soon pull off a significant deal for Tottenham forward Mikey Moore this summer transfer window.

The Gers are focusing on bolstering their attack before the end of August after making multiple additions to their defence and midfield.

Crystal Palace youngster Jesurun Rak-Sakyi is a concrete target at Ibrox, with the Light Blues making a loan offer for him.

Go Ahead Eagles winger Oliver Antman is also being eyed by the Glaswegian outfit to strengthen the front line, and now they’ve emerged as favourites for Moore.

Moore transfer to Rangers most likely from Tottenham

Moore’s transfer to the Gers is seen as most likely from Tottenham this summer, according to Matt Law.

It’s been claimed that while there’s a lot of interest in the young English attacker from the EFL Championship, the Bears could seal a deal at Ibrox soon.

Moore had a breakthrough campaign at Tottenham last season, and Martin feels like the perfect manager to further develop the versatile forward.

Findlay Curtis an example for Moore at Ibrox

Martin has brought the best out of Findlay Curtis in a short span of time as the head coach, and supporters expect the Scottish forward to be the next big thing.

The 18-year-old scored for the Gers in the 2-0 win over Panathinaikos in the Champions League on 22 July.

With the Light Blues’ trip to Athens on the horizon, Curtis will undoubtedly once again be a key player for the former Southampton boss in the second leg on 30 July.

Rangers have signed Djeidi Gassama to bolster their attack this summer, but they have been pushing to make further additions up front.

It isn’t surprising to see the Gers focus on reinforcing the forward line after losing Vaclav Cerny, and with Hamza Igamane and Cyriel Dessers potentially on their way out.

Moore will undoubtedly see the success Curtis is having at Ibrox under Martin and may have been attracted to the project in G51.
